| KARS passes QA Audit |
Torema Engineering's factory (KARS Foshan Ltd) operates a CA system to 1809001. This system is
independently audited by SGS in Guangzhou on an annual basis. In December KARS submitted its
internal processes to the regular audit and these processes and design methods were found to be
operating correcUy and compliant with it's quality certification.
